If you’re cool & collected and on top of the planning, but need minimal assistance and a day-of coordinator, this may be the package for you! Our goal is for you, your wedding party, and family to be fully present and enjoy every moment of the wedding day.

What this includes:

  • Up to one pre-scheduled phone/Facetime/Skype meeting (up to 30 minutes) every month until the wedding month.

  • One pre-scheduled in-person meeting (up to 2 hours) the week before the wedding to finalize details.

  • Limited client-access to planning software

  • Timeline creation & distribution (click here for more info)

  • Follow-up email/text with all vendors the week before the wedding to verify details and arrival/departure times.

  • Day-of coordination

    • Typically the first on-site & the last to leave to ensure we are available throughout the entire day.

    • Main point of contact for all vendors and wedding party members on the wedding day.

    • Assist with setting up & verify that venue(s) are set up correctly

    • Place linens, table settings, place cards, signs, and decor (within reason).

Investment: Each wedding is custom-quoted as all are unique and involve more or less detail than the last. Event management typically ranges from $1,200.00 to $3,000.00. Some determining factors include guest count, location, indoor versus outdoor, and scope of work.
