Full service wedding planning is an exclusive service limited to a certain number of weddings each year. This is to ensure that each wedding gets the full amount of attention it deserves. If you know what you want but aren’t sure how to get it, or aren’t sure what you want and need help starting from scratch, you’ll definitely want to put your special day in the hands of our creative team. With our knowledge of the industry, we’ll guide you through the planning process, while you make the important decisions.
What you’ll get from us:
One pre-scheduled in-person meeting (up to 1 hour) every month until the wedding month.
One pre-scheduled in-person meeting (up to 2 hours) the week before the wedding to finalize details.
Budget break-down and tracking
Assistance with venue & vendor research and selection
Review and negotiation of vendor contracts
Client-access to planning software (checklist, design board, guest list & seating chart, budget management, vendor contacts, free wedding website, etc)
Timeline creation & distribution (click here for more info)
Limited assistance with design of event
Coordination with all vendors via email and/or phone
Typically the first on-site & the last to leave to ensure we are available throughout the entire day.
Main point of contact for all vendors on the wedding weekend.
Verify that venue is set up correctly, according to floor plan.
Place linens, table settings, place cards, menu cards, small signs, and favors (within reason).

Investment: Each wedding is custom-quoted as all are unique and involve more or less detail than the last. Full service wedding planning starts at $3,000.00. Some determining factors include guest count, location, indoor versus outdoor, and scope of work.
