Timeline Creation alone is great for the couples who may not have fit a professional planner or coordinator into their budget. This a la carte service is included in any full service wedding planning or event management package.
What you’ll get:
A master timeline for day-of coordination. This copy will be the most detailed, to where anyone should be able to pick it up and run your whole wedding day.
A timeline customized for each vendor who is contracted to work on-site at your wedding (because your DJ doesn’t need to know what time your photographer is arriving and your caterer doesn’t need to know what time your videographer leaves).
A timeline customized for the bride(s), groom(s), and wedding party members.
While the master timeline will have absolutely every detail on it, the more customized timelines will be broken down to a need-to-know basis. This helps each vendor or wedding party member find the important items on their timeline more easily, versus scanning through pages of things that don’t pertain to them.
